All orders are placed through our website, narwal.se. Orders placed via email or phone will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon. The customer is responsible for ensuring that address and contact information is correctly filled out. In case of incorrect information resulting in the need to change the delivery, narwal.se may charge an extra fee equivalent to the cost of changing the shipment. Therefore, please contact customer service immediately if you know that the information provided was incorrect when placing the order.

Delivery and Payment Methods: DHL Home Delivery: Narwal.se's default shipping option for larger packages that cannot be delivered to a service agent. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 business days when the order is placed before 12:00 PM, with reservations for high order volumes at narwal.se and with DHL. Home delivery is made during daytime hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Your local DHL courier will notify you of the scheduled time via SMS. Please ensure that you provide the correct phone number when placing your order. Packages are scanned, allowing you to track your delivery all the way through email or directly on dhl.se. The recipient needs to sign for the delivery.

DB Schenker - Delivery to DB Schenker ServicePoint: The shipment is sent to the nearest Schenker agent based on the postal code. Free shipping is offered to agents. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 business days when the order is placed before 12:00 PM, with reservations for high order volumes at narwal.se and with Schenker. Packages are scanned, allowing you to track your delivery all the way through email or directly on Schenker's website.

DB Schenker - Home Delivery to House Door/Apartment Entrance: Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 business days when the order is placed before 12:00 PM, with reservations for high order volumes at Mi Store and with Schenker. Home delivery is made during daytime hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Your local Schenker agent will notify you of the scheduled time via SMS. Please ensure that you provide the correct phone number when placing your order. Packages are scanned, allowing you to track your delivery all the way through email or directly on Schenker's website. Bring: Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 business days when the order is placed before 12:00 PM, with reservations for high order volumes at narwal.se and with Bring. Home delivery is made during daytime hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Your local Bring agent will notify you of the scheduled time via SMS. Please ensure that you provide the correct phone number when placing your order. Packages are scanned, allowing you to track your delivery all the way through email or directly on bring.se.

Payment Methods: Card: Card payment is made through the Klarna function and does not require login or an account with Klarna. You can also choose PayPal and then pay with a card in the next step.

Klarna: Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible, and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself, and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that it separates the purchase from the payment. First, you confirm your purchase, and then you choose how you want to pay, either with Klarna invoice, Klarna account, card, or bank transfer. Everything is equally secure.

Paypal: Pay with your PayPal account. Convenient and fast.

Swish: Super smooth for both payment and refund if something goes wrong.

Unclaimed/Undelivered Packages: In the case of unclaimed packages at service agents or undelivered packages for home delivery, we reserve the right to charge you, the customer, SEK 249 including VAT, or the actual return shipping cost in each specific case of unclaimed packages. The fee is charged to cover the return shipping and administrative handling. The fee is settled against the already received payment or invoiced. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Packages are usually held at your service agent for 10 days. The duration is determined by the carrier, and Mistore cannot guarantee the exact time. Each carrier (delivery method above) will remind you as a customer via SMS/email to avoid your order being returned unwanted.

Transport Damage to Goods: Visible damage to packaging should be reported directly to the carrier or service agent upon receipt of the goods. Take a picture of the damage immediately when detected to facilitate handling. Hidden transport damage should be reported within a maximum of 5 days. Transport damage reported after 5 days will not be processed.

Right of Withdrawal: According to the Distance Contracts Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item should be returned in substantially unchanged condition. This also applies to packaging. Damaged packaging, product, or similar will be replaced by the customer. The right of withdrawal ceases if the item or service has been used, connected, or installed.

When exercising the right of withdrawal and returning the product, order information should be included in the shipment. Preferably, the invoice sent to you as a customer, with an addition stating the reason for the return. It is also possible to include a note that includes the order number and the reason for the return.

Please note: All return shipments should be sent with direct delivery to the return address below. We do not accept goods sent cash on delivery or as recommended parcels to service agents.

Booking of freight should be made after contact with Mistore support. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is well-packaged for return, complaints, or warranty matters. Assume that you are sending the product as well-packaged as when you received it. If you are unsure about packaging, please consult our support before sending the item.

Mistore reserves the right to process refunds within 30 days of receiving the goods, but in most cases, it can be done within 1-2 days from the receipt of the item. The refund is made based on the value of the item excluding the shipping cost.

Open Purchase - Private Individuals: We offer a 14-day open purchase according to the conditions below, but any shipping costs and other fees will not be refunded.

All goods should be shipped in a way that ensures secure transportation. The shipment should be sent as a business package, parcel, letter, or equivalent, where Mi Store receives the goods sent to us. We do not pick up goods with cash-on-delivery or recommended packages at Service Centers.
